Minors

Sharing Personal Information

Use of Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel from Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) on the Site to ensure that our Facebook Ads match the your potential interest and do not have a nuisance effect. This allows us to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether you have been redirected to our Site after clicking on a Facebook ad (the so-called "conversion").

Using Personal Information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Lawful basis

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

  • Your consent for behavioural advertising and sending newsletters;
  • The performance of the contract between you and the Site when you order products from the Site;
  • Compliance with our legal obligations when you order products from the Site;

Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records for ten years which term is stipulated by law for storing invoices of clients.
We store your personal data provided for newsletter subscription, which is your e-mail address, until you remain subscribed for receiving of newsletters or until the we cease sending newsletters, whichever of the two circumstances comes first.

Automatic decision-making

We Do engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

    Right of access:

    If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.     Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.     processing, the you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed,
    including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

    Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’):

    You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you
    without undue delay and we have the obligation to erase personal data without
    undue delay where one of the stated in article 17 of the GDPR grounds applies.

    Right to restriction of processing:

    You have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing where one of the
    stated in article 18 of the GDPR grounds applies. If the processing has been
    restricted, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be
    processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal
    claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for
    reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State. We will

    Right to data portability:

    By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser).
